Framed with a gold heart scrolls in a diamond shape frame. Blue stone is deep set like 3 D. Wide gold plated frame piece attached to the heart scrolls. In addition, it has like blue rhinestones as accents, and on the bale. very ornate and fancy. The chain is made with gold metal curb links, closing with a spring ring clasp.
