The bottom piece is a flower wheel with light blue round cut rhinestones, and a dark blue rhinestone in the center. The top layer has white enamel flowers with a blue stone center with gold leaves along with blue enamel leaves. Silver metal backing. Clip on style. They measure approx. 1 1/8" X 1".
