Its shaped like a Maltese cross in red white and blue colors. Stones are oval cut cabochons, domed and bezel set, closed backed. Framed with fancy gold plated metal for the trim and back plate. It measures approx. 2 1/2" both ways. Dates to the 1970s. Very good condition. Patriotic, designer, delizza elster, red, white, blue, 4th July, fireworks brooch.
