Total hang length is 24 inches. Just beautiful with the varigated color leaves and gold together. Closes with a J hook clasp. Very good, like new condition. Dates to the 1940s. Could be Miriam Haskell. she used glass leaves like this, but its unsigned, her early work was never signed though, not until the late 1940s-50s.
