I think they are doing a jitterbug dance or maybe swing dancing. Both popular at that time. Signed Coro Pegasus. They are dressed with white pearls and dark blue rhinestones with sky blue color faces. Silver metal for their bodies. It measures approx. 1 3/8" X 1 1/4'. Dates to the 1940s in excellent condition. mid century, dancing, designer signed. Rare piece.
